I have a picture of the class posted on the photo album page. I don't remember anyone's name except Joe Travato, from Queens...stayed at his house once or twice...great Italian family...There I was from Glide, Oregon, population 500 maybe and all of a sudden in NYC...what culture shock. Anyway, EM school was great, honor man several weeks...what a difference studying makes. Was In Sault Ste Marie and on the USCGC Acacia till discharge Dec 67..I think I was in the old guard.
