TCCM Donald Zimpel USCG Retired
With deep regret I would like to inform our shipmates that Master
Chief Donald Zimpel passed away Wednesday Evening 14 Oct 1998. TCCM
Zimpel served with Commander Atlantic Area (At) Division from 1992
until 1996. He transferred to USCG Communications Area Master Station
Atlantic (CAMSLANT) where he served until his retirement in July 1997.
He is survived by his wife Judy and Granddaughter Erica. A memorial
service will be held on Monday 19 October 1998.
