Richard Allen Young DC1 Ret.

DC1 Dick Young passed away Saterday June 27th in Bar Harbor Maine. Dick was buried at sea off Bass Harbor Head Light.Dick had been stationed on the cutter East Wind , base Ketchican , AK. CGC Active , CGC Vidgilant , base SWHBR Me.Dick had 16 years sea duty and 4years shore duty those were on an island.
