Robert E. Wilcox, SR CSC USCG-Ret.
I have learned that Bob Wilcox passed away in his sleep on Oct. 24 2003.I first met Bob when he was a 2nd Class Cook at Ocean City, NJ LBS and I was First Class BM at Hereford Inlet LBS. We were again stationed together at the CG Institute at Groton, CT and then when the Institute moved to Oklahoma City, OK in 1967. He was a great Shipmate and friend. I shall miss him very much.
