Capt. Norman E Tyler, USCGR (Retired)
My father, Capt. Norman E Tyler, passed away May 20, 2000, after a long illness. My dad was very fond of the USCG and shared many memories with family and friends after 42 years of service. Most summers were served as active duty in the Alameda area. I would love to hear from any of you who have memories or stories to tell regarding your time with my Dad.
