The news of Pat's passing is a shock! I've known Pat since the M & R Days...the Woods Hole Days...the ISC days. Everyone just had lunch with him ...now he's gone. Pat will surely be missed by tons of people. Love you Pat...see

CWO4 Pat Turner, USCGR passed over the bar on the 2nd of June 2002. Always with a quick wit and warm smile, he was a great shipmate and friend over the years. I think I had more fun with Pat during our tour aboard the Cape Higgon
in the early 80's than any other afloat tour I've had since. I'll miss you buddy. Pat was 46
