BMCM Dennis A. Streng USNR (Ret), Ex-CG

I was very saddened to learn of Dennis' passing. He and I served together aboard the Taney (1967-68) as members of the illustrious Deck Force under the watchful eye of BM2 Ron Adams. Dennis and I reconnected just last January. I feel fortunate that before he left, he and I were able to exchange a few 'war stories' and old photos from our Taney days (some of which are posted on 'Fred's Place'). Dennis, if you can read this, tell Ron I said 'hi.'
