Cynthia Stinchcomb

On Wednesday, 11 June, my mother, Cynthia Stinchcomb passed away near her home in Martinsburg, West Virginia. She spent 10 years as a civilian in the Office of Law Enforcement (now, G-OPL) at USCG HQ. Over the years, she was an Administrative Assistant, Secretary, and, most recently, a FOIA Specialist.
