With great sadness I write to you today to notify you of the death of Chief Petty Officer Richard A. Sullivan, USCG RET. After a courageous battle with Multiple Sclerosis time finally ran out. Carlene, Meghan and Matthew thank all of you for your kind words, support and prayers over the years.
