HS2 Robert Leroy Ransom

HS2 Robert Leroy Ransom was killed in a motorcycle accident in Southern California on 22 January 2000. He was assigned to ISC San Pedro, Ca. Leroy was attached here at the Coast Guard Academy Clinic from 1992 - 1997. He was a real happy go lucky type of guy who was liked by all. We will certainly miss him.
