RMC Dale D. Pickard, Ret

On June 17, the Key Fell Silent. My dad passed away at St. Patrick Hospital, Missoula, MT. After a 22 year career in the Navy (WWII) and Coast Guard (1947-1965), dad crossed the bar. He was one of the best Morse operators I've ever heard; sounded like a tape. His passion was fly fishing and he taught many others the ins and outs of the angler's ways. He'll be missed on the river.
