YNC Charlie R. Peters

On 27 March 1999, YNC Charlie R. Peters left this world. Charlie was only 84 days from retirement, and was on active duty stationed at HRSIC, Topeka, Kansas. He was part of the HRSIC travel section, and will be missed by many. He was a wonderful shipmate to all.
