Ens. Jensen V. Penney Sr. USCGR (T)
I have the honor to announce the passing over the bar of Ens. Jensen V. Penney Sr. USCGR(t) on the 12th day of Feb 2000. He served as a MMC then ENS. during WW-II, and as a father of 1 ET2, CWO3 and MK3. He originally was brought up on Boston Light, with transfers to Fort Warren and the Salem Willows Light (USLHS). He leaves a Coast Guard Legacy, ET2 J. V. Penney USCG,1st CG Honor Guard Wash DC>, CWO3 Comms Bob
