CAPT Robert Parrette

Just learned that Bob Parrette, CAPT, USPHS passed over the bar in January 1999. His remains are already at Arlington National Cemetery. A memorial service is being planned by his spouse in June. He was truly an outstanding Coast Guardsman for many, many years. There was no one that had a greater impact on my Coast Guard career than Bob. He will missed. More to follow.
