Louis V. Parker

29jun04. HMC Louis V. Parker passed away at home due to comgenital heart disease and hardening of the arteriies. During his 21 1/2 year career in as a member of the USCG his duty stations included 3 Loran tours,St. Pete, Corpus Christie, New Orleans, Buffalo/Great Lakes, Virginia, Portland, Maine ( Cutter, Barataria), and retired from the USGC Academy / Avery Point in June of 1964.
