QMCS Charles A. Olson
SWEDE passed away on 4 October, 2005 in
St.Louis Mo. He will be interred at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetary. St.Louis in 10 October,
2005. Swede retired after 30 years service. He loved the old white cutters. He served in WW II,
Korea and Vietnam. Good friend; great shipmate. As with all those listed in the Memorial column he
will be missed.
