Charlie crossed the bar on Sept. 11, 2004. Viewing will be on Sept 13, 2004 from 1300 to 1400 at Mobile Memorial Gardens in Mobile, AL. Burial will follow immediately after viewing. I had the pleasure of serving with Charlie twice. He was an excellent mechanic and maintenance officer.
