ATC Bill Madison
ATC Bill Madison (Ret.) crossed the bar in April '97 after a long struggle
with Leukemia. Bill is sorely missed by all who knew him, for he was indeed
a true friend of the Coast Guard. Though his death occurred over 1 year
ago, I wanted his friends to remember. Bill's son, Daniel, is flying
helo's in Alaska and I know Bill is keeping a watchful eye on him. For
