BMCS Francis W. Lyver, ret
I sadly announce the passing of my father, Frank, last night (12/29/98) at his home in Tewksbury, Ma. Dad was a 21 year veteran of the Coast Guard retiring as XPO on CGC White Heath in DEC 1966. Dad was 71.
