CWO4 Leon D. Kennedy

Lee Kennedy passed away on 7 May 2001, after a series of complications from surgery. Lee was a long time first district sailor and retired in 1973 from the First District Legal Office. Thereafter, he worked for Boston Towing and Transporation until his retirement in 1999. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Ruth Kennedy of Danvers, Ma., three childern, grandchildren and great grandchildren. You did not really just know Lee, you experineced him. He will be deeply missed.
