William R. Jipson (EM3)
My father served for 4 years from 64-68. It was one of the most exciting
times of his life. His tour was the Operation Deepfreze 67.Bill passed
away on april 1997 in a tragic car accident. We were on our way to
celibrate his mothers 84th birthday when the accident occured. He is
greatly missed by all of his friends and family members. My he rest in
peace and always know he will be in my thoughts. Cindy.
