It is with deep sympathy that I inform you that CWO 4 Gene Jay crossed over the Bar to the Eternal Admiral in the Sky on December 18, 2003. Gene had a long battle with Cancer and he lost. Gene will be missed by the Members of the Mobile Chapter, CPOA. Him and his brother AEC Clarence Jay USCG Ret. were long time members of the Chapter
