AOC Frank Hucks, USCG

Frank Hucks, AOC, USCG Retired crossed the bar last week. He was an unassuming, quiet, nerveless Coastie, who could grin when his aircraft was sinking and he was knee deep in water. He was claimed the unofficial mayor of Cavite City, RP immediately after the war, (WWII) and kept the CG Air Detachment Sangley Point on an even keel. From Louisiana to his earned place in the skies…rest in peace old friend.
