For all those that feel the need to in some way say farewell to Mike after his passing. He requested any who felt the calling to make any monetary contributions to the National Pancreatic Foundation or the Cancer Society. Mikes wish
was that none of his family or past shipmates ever had to endure this test of endurance or faith. Mike was not only my brother but my best friend. Please contact me with questions or even to just share a memory.

This notice is being posted to notify all past friends, shipmates, and associates that Michael Lee Hill BMC retired, has gone from our ranks. Mike passed away on his Birthday May 27th after being diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer
this same month. Mike leaves behind a multitude of people he touched who will never forget him! Memorial Services will be June 8, 2002 at Barricks Funeral Home in Salem, Oregon. His watch was complete now we will follow his example.
