David F. Gerdes, USCG CWO Retired

On April 18, 2006, David passed away at the age of 63. I know that he use to go into Fred's Place once in awhile and email with some old friends in the Coast Guard, so thought I'd post this to let those people know of his passing. For those of you who knew David, you know what a tremendous loss this is for our family and friends.
