BMC Wayne Frank, USCG (Retired)

It is my sad duty to inform you that Wayne had a horrible accident with a car while driving his motorcycle on December 21, 2002, and passed the bar the next day. He was a good friend and a fantastic Boatswain's Mate, one of the best. Our deepest sympathy to his Wife and Best Friend, Debbie. Fair winds Wayne.
