Leo G. Francisco
I knew Leo for almost 20 years, being stationed with him at both HQ and N'awlins. We talked from time to time and I was happy he had adjusted to retired life so well. He was a very supportive friend in my decision to retire last year, reminding me there is indeed life after the Coast Guard. I'll miss his quiet demeanor and warm smile.

Leo Francisco
Senior Chief Leo Francisco died suddenly three years ago on February 26, 1999. He may be gone, but he is not forgotten. I'm glad he retired when he did and taught at his son's school. Spending time with his kids
was very important to him. He was not only a great Coastie, he was a great person and a great dad! I'm lucky to have known him.
