Victor Peter Crisci, BMC
Capt. Victor P. Crisci, BMC (ret) crossed the bar at the Lower Keys Medical center in Key West on July 8, 2000. He was 57. During his 20 year career in the Coast Guard he served on the Coast Guard Barque Eagle and numerous other search and rescue vessels. Victor retired off the Cutter Durable while she was on a port visit in Miami in 1980. From there he settled in Key West. I had the pleasure to run across him numerous times during my two tours there. He was the Chief that convinced me to stay in the Coast Guard. He will be surely missed by his friends in paradise. His ashes were scattered at sea off the waters of Key West.
