3501 Location of the incident: Puerto Rico Description of the incident: Returning from a
night law enforcement mission, the crew was making their final approach into U.S. Naval Air
Station, Roosevelt Roads, Puerto Rico when they reported a wing fire and problems with the plane's
hydraulic controls. They crashed short of the runway; there were no survivors.
