Carbino, Michael BMC (R) '83
Mike (saferider@aol.com) Carbino passed away Sunday May 24 1998. Born in
Bath, ME, Mike served in the Navy and Coast Guard. He served in Viet Nam
and for medals wore the Bronze Star and a Purple Heart amoung others.
Here in Maine he enjoyed working as a carpenter and was an active member
of the United Bikers of Maine, The Blue Knights, and the Golden Eagles.
I met Mike after I retired, by way of his membership in PACK, a local
computer users club. He had a computer at home earlier then most and
thoroughly enjoyed e-mailing and chatting over the net. Smooth sailing
Mike. We miss you.
