Cap't Jack passed away Saturday, May 4th. at his home in Captain's Hill, Ocean City, Md. at age 82. His wife Shirley and his children were at his side. Flags in Ocean City, Md. will be flown at half staff this week in
his memory. Cap't Jack was my CO at CG Sta. Lewes, Del. in the early 60's and I can tell you honestly that there will never be another like him. I enjoyed visiting with him each fall on my trips to the Eastern Shore and I will miss him
greatly.
