RADM Edward Blasser
RADM Edward Blasser, USPHS (Ret.) died on Tuesday, 26 January
1999 at the National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, MD.
RADM Blasser served on active duty with the Coast Guard
from 1974 - 1989, and was the Senior Medical Officer of the
Coast Guard for three years. He retired from the U.S. Public
Health Service in 1992.
He is survived by his widow,
Mrs. Chris Blasser, and five sons.
Calling hours
will be held at the Everly Funeral Home, 10565 Main Street,
Fairfax, Virginia between 1600-1800 on Saturday, 30 January
with funeral services at 1730. Arrangements at Arlington
National Cemetery will be passed by e-mail when final
arrangements are completed.
