Joe Birch, Jr.
Joe Birch, Jr., a former member of the U. S. Coast Guard,
died at Parksley, Virginia on February 2, 1999 of
complications following a massive stroke in January.

their three girls) at P. O. Box 1342, Parksley, Virigina
23421. Fair winds and following seas, old friend. I'll
miss you.
