Paul died Monday July 15 of cancer in Winter Haven, Florida at age 74. I knew Paul for 25 years after his completion of his Coast Guard career. He was a character. I'm sure he spend most of his time in the Fifth District.
For those of you in the area, there will be a memorial service Friday evening July 19th 6 PM at the Crisp-Coon Funeral Home in Winter Haven
