'Robert 'Bobby' Kelly Ball, Master Chief, USCG, age 51, of 124 Wiley Drive, Elizabeth City, NC; died Friday, December 15, 2006 at the Albemarle Hospital. Master Chief Ball, a native of Elizabeth City, NC, was the son of James Roy Ball of Elizabeth City, NC, and the late Colleen Ball of the residence. MCPO Ball was a Telephone Technician in the USCG and had just celebrated thirty years of service in preparation for retirement. '
Bobby was an awesome individual, was known and respected by all who had contact with him...he will be missed.
