The command is good to us and the having NYC in our AOR keeps it interesting. We have 2 25's and 2 47's. I came from a prior ATON unit and looking to get back into the dirt/cutterlife. I am a ME3 station in St. Clair Shores, MI. I am currently fulfilling a MK3 position. St. Clair Shores is about 20 -30 minutes away from the city of Detroit. It is mainly a very nice area to live. We conduct a average of 800 boardings and over 200 SAR cases a year from the months of April to the end of August. There are many attractions to do out here for both the winter and summer. We have a excellant command here in which hold us to the highest standard possible. To embrance that we have been award the KIMBO award three times in the past eight years in which are awarded every two years. The area is very military friendly and almost every where you go, you are very liked with not just the community but with the local authorites. Our AOR is shared with the Canada so many different types of DHS agencies around the area. If you enjoy doing Law Enforcement and SAR this would be a great opportunity to experience it. The only reason I want to mutual is because I want to begin a career in the ME rating. Looking to mutual with anyone in the North East and Florida area. I am currently qualified as a OOD, BO, BCM on the RBS, SPC-LE, SPC-SW, and both SPC-AIR. contacted me at rafecuevas1@yahoo.com/rafael.o.cuevas@uscg.mil/ or contacted me 609-827-5505.

I'm just feeling it out right now. I'm looking to go anywhere on the West Coast, South Florida, or Hawaii I'm on the Cypress 225 bouy tender transitioning to be stationed out of NAS Pensacola. It's an MK3 billet in Main Prop, but I'm about to be making second, so I might be able to switch with another MK2. It's a great boat, duty is easy 4-5 times a month. We make one long trip a year for 30 days down in Key West. The rest is 3-7 days at a time. It's a really easy gig especially underway. Look me up on global and shoot me and email if you're interested: MK3 Joshua Taylor
